PRICING BY FORM

*Specialized filings vary significantly in scope. Final pricing is determined after a case consultation.

A Note on Specialized Filings (U Visa & Asylum Applications)

U visa (I-918) and asylum (I-589) applications involve a level of complexity that goes beyond standard document preparation. These cases often require a personal declaration, extensive supporting evidence, and case-specific legal analysis. Because no two cases are alike, the prices listed above are starting points, not flat fees — your final quote will be provided after an initial consultation to assess the specifics of your case.

For U visa applicants, please note that a certification from a qualifying law enforcement agency (Form I-918, Supplement B) is required as part of your application. For cases that do not yet have a signed certification, only the initial consultation fee ($200) and U Visa certification fee ($200) will be charged before further work is performed.

Scope of Services

Document preparation services are limited in scope and do not constitute full legal representation unless separately agreed upon in a signed retainer agreement. The attorney will prepare/review the documents and forms based on the information you provide (and depending on the level of service you purchase), but full case strategy, representation before USCIS, and representation in adversarial proceedings (such as an asylum merits interview or immigration court) are not included.

Additional Notes

Government filing fees paid to USCIS are separate from and in addition to the service fees listed above.

Multi-form or concurrent filings (e.g., I-485 /I-765/I-131 filed together) may be eligible for a bundled rate - ask during your consultation.

All pricing is subject to change and may vary based on case complexity.
