How It Works

Your immigration application process in 6 simple steps

Complete a brief online eligibility questionnaire

Answer a series of short questions to make sure your case is one that Loon Immigration can assist with.

Attorney will prepare your immigration form(s) and any additional documents within 5 - 10 business days depending on case complexity

Based on the complexity of your case and the level of service purchased, the attorney will complete the preparation of your USCIS forms and any additional document services purchased (such as a custom case cover letter to USCIS and/or document list)

Complete more detailed questionnaire, upload documents, and schedule consultation with the attorney

Here, you can also upload any relevant documents  (copies of current and past work permits, green cards, I-94, etc.). A full list of recommended documents will be included with the upload instructions.

Prepare to file your case with USCIS

After the attorney delivers your documents, please make sure to check for accuracy. If there are any attorney errors, Loon Immigration will complete any necessary revisions.

One hour consultation with attorney to discuss case

Discuss the legal strategy for your case with the attorney via a video or audio call (your choice), for up to one hour. Additional time will incur additional fees.

File your case with USCIS

you will need to make sure to include the correct filing fee and the necessary documents, as required by USCIS.

This is done without the assistance of the attorney.

A note on U Visa cases:

U Visa cases are significantly more complex than other immigration case types and will require additional steps. If a U Visa certification from law enforcement is needed, this will take place after the questionnaire and document upload step.

Only after a U Visa certification is secured will an attorney consultation be scheduled. The attorney consultation may last up to two hours.

Additionally, one round of form revisions (free of charge) will be built into the process.

The attorney will also send instructions on recommended documents to include with a U Visa application, depending on the client's individual circumstances, along with guides on completing these documents (such as a personal statement).
