Tier 1 - Basic Form Preparation
If you have a straightforward case and feel comfortable knowing what additional documents need to be included with your immigration application, but you would just like an experienced immigration attorney to prepare your form(s), then this level of service could be for you.
Tier 2 - Comprehensive Preparation
For more complex situations such as those with criminal histories or multiple derivatives, this level of service includes our form preparation plus a custom cover letter to USCIS tailored to each individual client. The cover letter includes a list of documents to be included with immigration application.

About Us
Hannah Straka is the founder of Loon Immigration. She has been committed to immigration justice since her time in law school in 2014, when she served as a student law clerk for her city's local legal aid organization.
She graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in Minnesota in 2015 and became licensed to practice law in 2016. She has worked in private practice doing employment-based immigration and most recently worked at Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid doing humanitarian immigration work for indigent clients.
She started Loon Immigration after leaving Legal Aid so that she could continue her passion for U.S. immigrants from her new home in Poland.
Hannah is licensed in the state of Minnesota and in the U.S. District Court of Minnesota. She is also a member of the American Immigration Law Association.
